• Financial access to Commonwealth Bank Account - Any further tasks required ?

• EFTPOS access? Can EBFC provide any access? 

• Access to EBFC for setup (Friday) and bump-out (Monday). Times?

• Peter Matthews Collection - How will the exhibition be installed? Picture rails? Easels? Rotary Panels?

• Picture dimensions - av size 1200mm x 850mm, 15kg weight

11.00 -2.00 EBFC access for setup only

2.00 - 6.00 Open to Exhibition guests and viewers. EBFC bar open. PA set up for speech.
Name badges produced for guests, exhibition viewers, etc.
Seating plan available at entrance. Guests can put their items at table with name card.
Guests can move around the venue, bar, the oval, kick footballs etc.
Can EBFC supply footballs/cricket etc or do guests bring their own? TBA - Don R

3.00 - 5.00 Music band? Local bluegrass band. Contact of Michael Simmons. 2x 40min sets. Set up on oval facing stands. 

4.00 - 5.00 Official opening of Exhibition - Mia Stocks and VIP artists and guests

6.30 – 7.00   Guests to be moved to their tables.

7.00 – 7.15   Welcome – CR

7.10                 Or just after, Main, meals start to be served 

Out of respect, I don't think we can have meals served whilst the MP and Mayor are speaking. Need to confirm with their offices what is OK.

7.30 – 8.00   Officials - CR to introduce Basham MP. Reference to local family.

CR to introduce Mayor. 

Identity not known. But could mention support Rumbelows have received over the years include Jenkins, Schubert, Corcoran, etc

I think we run straight from Malcolm's presentation to the Footy Team and then thank you. 

We dont want to hold up the meals if the talks go long.

9.30-10.00 Set up PA. Block car parks if required.

10.00  - 11.00 Cairn commemoration, Yilki foreshore

Peter Rumbelow to Coordinate Running Sheet. MR to confirm. Keep to 40min total. 

Provide folded printed card of service for all attendeees.
      May need chaperones to ensure guests get across Franklin Pde before and after.

11.30 - 1.00 EBFC opens for guests. Can arrange memorabilia, get tea and coffee, biscuits, 

11.30 - 4.00 Can guests bring food into the club? Picnic on oval?
No bar or kitchen access - TBC Don R

1.00 - 4.00 Exhibition open for public. TBC

4.00 - 6.00 Initial bump-out of guest items and clean up of venue.

Monday 31st March

10.00 - 12.00 Bump out Matthews Exhibition return paintings back to Council storage.
