Bruce Stanier Rumbelow was born in Adelaide on 16th May 1925 and married Melba Gwen (Honey) Robinson in 1948. He developed a passion for baseball and was selected in an under-age State Team as a pitcher.
Bruce and Honey moved to the Crystal Brook area and back to teaching where Bruce became well known in the district as the driving force behind the night baseball competition based in Pt Pirie.

Andrew Land, Roman Coote, Jordan Ellis, William Hardy, William Kent, Hudson Pallay, Nathan Rumbelow, Robinson Smith, Mitch Langworthy, and Zak Stafilis made the most of this exciting opportunity to further develop their skills and take their game to the next level.
Samantha Hamilton, Donavon Hendricks, and Daniel Chircop were part of the experienced coaching staff leading junior baseball standouts from around the country as they trained at the Australian Institute of Sport
Players were introduced to an increased speed of the game, requiring enhanced decision-making that will help them prepare for the 2024 AYCs and further representative opportunities.
